The apartment can accommodate up to max. 13 people and is located in the Kreuzberg district.
The ca.115m ² large 4 bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has 3 bedrooms two of which face the courtyard are equipped with 5 single beds and 3 double beds and a pull out sofa bed in the living room.
Amenities include a TV, DVD player, hair dryer, iron. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a separate toilet.
The kitchen is also fully equipped with fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cookware.
For each guest is provided with a towel and linen. More linen is provided subject to charges by the landlord.
The popular Orange Street with its alternative shops, cafes and its multicultural atmosphere is only a few minutes walk from the apartment. From here you can also be reached on foot in the area around the Maybachufer and along the river Spree where you will find several bars and food stalls that are a popular Berlin meeting place especially in the summer. An authentic and trendy district of Berlin, close to transport. The nearest metro station is Kottbusser Tor (U8) 300 meters from the apartment is connected to the entire city and famous Berlin sights.
With the M29 bus, which stops at the corner, is one in a few minutes on Kochstr subway station, where the line U-6 is, with the one then the Friedrichstrasse, Checkpoint Charlie, Gendarmenmarkt and Potsdamer Platz in about 15 reached minutes. The East Side Gallery / East Railway Station can be reached in 10 minutes by bus (Bus 140 / bus stop just outside the door).

Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung und war von der Lage genau richtig.Von dort war alles schnell mit der U-bahn zu erreichen um Berlin zu sehen und zu erleben.Auch in der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts.Alles super!! Die ganze Reisegruppe war begeistert.

The host is really helpful. She sent us email to show us the way from the airport to the apartment and whenever we have any problem, she always sent the technician / clean lady to come solve our problems in minutes even it was already ten at night.

Mrs Kildi is a very helpful host. Together we found a good solution for the non-working hot water.
However, she must be the translator between her local collaborator and guests (unless the latter are speaking Turkish or Hungarian).
