The Three Tulips apartment is located in a lively neighborhood close to the city center, where you can find the touristic hotspots like Dam Square and the Royal Palace. It is just a couple of minutes by tram, which stops almost in front of the apartment. In the area of the apartment itself are lots of stores, restaurants and bars. Across the street is a supermarket located. When you are tired of the touristic hotspots in the center, you can take a walk to the Vondelpark. Which is the largest city park of Amsterdam and is decorated in English landscape style, meaning the visitor should feel like being in the nature when walking through the park. Annually, the Vondelpark attracts around ten million people.
Wood plays a central role in this apartment, for example the stairs to the second floor and the window frames. When entering the apartment you will enter the spacious living room. Here you will find two comfortable chairs, a couch and a flat screen TV. Further to the street end of the apartment are the kitchen and dining table for you to enjoy your meals. The fully equipped kitchen looks modern by its dark worktop and is very bright because of the many windows, which creates a connection with the lively street as well.
Upstairs are two bedrooms. The first one on the left is the enormous master bedroom with a double bed. There is enough space to store your luggage in this room. The other bedroom, on the right, has 2 single beds of which each bed can be converted into extra beds making it 4 beds in total if needed. Also, there is the possibility for two more people to sleep on the very large sleeping sofa. This all makes it possible to accommodate a maximum of 8 people. At the end of this bedroom you will find the bathroom around the corner. Complete with a shower, toilet and sink, everything you need is there.
Overall, this apartment is a very good choice when you want to visit Amsterdam. The space in the apartment is perfect for a family or a group of friends. The wooden aspects combined with the colored walls in the bedrooms and blue and yellow tiles in the bathroom; make sure that there is a classic feeling in the apartment.

Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und haben alle meine Fragen beantworten können. Schade war, dass eine Woche vorher per Email eine Kaution verlangt wird, die sie auch bei der Beschreibung hätten mit reinschreiben können. Putzfirma kam leider zu früh. Um 11 uhr mussten wir die Wohnung verlassen aber sie kamen schon vor 11.
