Die Kommunikation erfolgte auschließlich über eine E-Mail-Addresse bei myadress-paris.com und gar nicht über 9flats. Das war zunächst etwas ungewöhnlich (daher ein Stern Abzug). Der E-Mail-Kontakt war jedoch sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit.
