This 39m² unit is very quiet facing the back yard and has space for up to four guests (note: no two separate bedrooms).
Bed- and living room are in the same room (studio-type apartment). There you will find a cozy a king-size bed (200cm x 190cm) and a leather sofa bed for up to two persons (190cm x 140cm). If you are traveling with a baby, we can provide a baby cot to you. The beds are covered with premium bedding. A commode and two wardrobes are there for your clothes. The apartment has a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. It is a non smoking apartment. Smoking outside in the court yard.
The apartment is located in Oberföhring. Oberföhring belongs to the north-east located part of Munich, called Glockenbach. It is next to the river "Isar" and the "Englischer Garten". In the "Englischer Garten" you can find the "Eisbach" with its famous "Eisbach" wave where you have the possibility of watching the "urban" surfers. The "Englischer Garten" is also inviting for evening walks or just relaxing on its beautiful big lawns.
The public transportation system in Munich is perfect. It takes you just a few minutes to get to the city center, the "Maximilianstraße", the "Marienplatz" and so on. Munich is not only famous for its "Oktoberfest". There are also a lot of other traditional events throughout the whole year.

The apartment was perfect, a beautiful and nice length of walk into the centre, and especially to the English Gardens...with a stop off at europlatz to look over the city at sunset. Simple to get to from the airport and close to amenities and a delicious bakery!

Verkehrsgünstige Lage, sehr ruhig im Souterrain, also halb unter der Erde . Aber zum Hinterhof gut geschützt. Klasse Bett,
sehr gut geheizt , auch an den bitter kalten Ostertagen 2013 !
Nur die Beleuchtung ist zu schwach ( Deckenlicht ).
