Due to the exposed location on the 4th floor of an old Vienna building, the apartment guarantees a lot of Ta-Natural Daylight. The lounges as kitchen and living room are in the south and courtyard out-aligned, the bedroom is located in the north with magnificent views towards Max-Winter Park, Danube Tower and DC Tower. Vienna is known for one of the most modern public transport systems in Europe. The most important connection means in Vienna is the subway, which in about 5 minutes (station Praterstern) is located. The Praterstern is one of the largest collectors of public transport such as metro U1, U2, tram S1, S2, S3, S7, bus and trains, from there you get in almost every district of Vienna. Wiener Linien is from Monday to Friday from about 05:00 to 00:30 and on weekends and Fei-ertagen 24 hours a day in operation.
The point Praterstern offers further numerous restaurants, fast food restaurants, a bakery and a grocery store Billa with the daily opening times (Mon-Sun) 06:00 - 22:00 clock. Directly within the apartment there are numerous smaller grocery stores with fresh vegetables and fruits.

Directly in front of the house there are plenty of parking, but it is important to note that parking fees incurred in most districts in Vienna.
