Because of the location in the basement apartment is dark, daylight is not really coming in. The warmwater boiler and heater is centrally located in the apartment , so the noice of the machine can be heard all night long.

Iuliana Serban is a very kind. We felt very free in the flat. The accomodation was easy and very fast to reach. Everything you need is very close. A very pretty and big "new age" bookshop is just oposit to tram station - "Nußdorferstraße". A kultur center WUK, with a lot to offer is very close too.
