Nice attic apartment located approx. 20 min. east of Prague city centre. Tram station right around the corner (approx. 25 min to city centre), Railway station nearby (approx. 15 min. to Prague Main Station).

Nice restaurant, a corner shop and a supermarket all within walking distance.
Arrived rather late at the apartment yet check-in was completely hassle-free as the keys were placed for me in a code-secured deposit box outside the building.

The apartment itself is perfect, neat and clean. Most of all, it is practical: the shower is great, the WiFi is perfect, the toilet is separate to the bathroom. There is a full kitchen facility with a stove, microwave and fridge.
The apartment is located in a lovely quiet and safe area where there is ample street parking if one has a hired car. Although a little way out of the Prague city center, immediately outside the building is a variety of different public transport options including the Tram No 22 which takes one to (and through) the core of Prague within about 30 minutes.
I loved my stay here. For me, it is definitely "value for money". -

Great place in quiet neighbourhood. There is tram stop just around the corner and you can reach most of the Prague's interesting spots travelling by it.
The place is really clean and spacious. If you are looking for a place to use as quiet retreat after some heavy-sihghtseeing where you can really rest and you can feel comfortable in big apartment - it is perfect.
