The kitchen is equiped with all appliances.The house is protected by 24 hour armed responce as well as electric fencing. Having said that the area of Summerstrand is a very safe area.
Plenty of restaurants nearby. The Boardwalk Casino is about 800 meters away where you will find resturaunts, kids entertainment, and gaming. The stadium is about 15 minutes drive. The airport is 10 minutes drive. There are a couple of nearby shopping centres in a 2 km radius.
