Unfortunately i have to staighten things out which the Host misrepresented here in her review about me: She had overbooked her appartment because listed on 3 internetpages, She said„sorry about that“+that she will give me her room, because it was the only room with a door which could be closed to stay private. She shared the living room with the other female guest, only beeing seperated with a foldable privacy screen, so guest AND host had no privacy from one another (that could have caused the hosts lack of sleep which made her so agressive-but if she knows that she is VERY noise and light sensitive, she should make sure NOT to overbook her appartment so that everybody can stay in the PROMISED privacy! which was not given). The other guest+i came home after visiting Manhattan, TIPTOEING through the livingroom into the ONLY room with door, without turning on any lights so we would not disturb the Host. We whispered about what had happend during the day, suddenly the host stormed

Me and boyfriend stayed here early april and it was great, quite, clean and good location. Wasn't far at all from the train or city. The hostess was super nice and seen happy to answer any question I had. Be it that i visited new york a lot I had very little to ask I will most definitely try to say with hostess next time I'm in the city.

suddenly the host stormed into the room screaming at us, insulting+telling us to leave the room. We were shocked+followed what she wanted us to do.
The next day the host kept on screaming at us so i finally had to tell her that that was not an accurate way of communicating with me+she should calm down+that then we could continue the discussion. Then she threw me out of my room+moved me into the living room. I thought:well, before she totally goes crazy, just accept that. After that she not talk or answer at all anymore. I wrote more, but here only 1000 letters possible:(
In future i CHECK that the host not overbooks+that the privacy will be secured!
ONLY rent that room when:
1.appartment is not overbooked
2.you are able to walk like a cat
3.you not need much light.
If OVERBOOKED bring earplugs, oil (for the squicking entrance door+sinkfoucets) +nails (to fix the creaking wooden floor) as presents for your very sensible host, or maybe better bring those presents anytime.
