Noel is an excellent host--very helpful and friendly. The apartment is in an excellent location--walking distance to the beach at Balluta Bay as well as walking distance to The Point shopping mall. There is a large grocery store nearby (Scott's) as well as lots of restaurants and of course, the promenade along the sea. Good value for money!

The place is ideally located in a shopping, cafe and dining area with ferry and tour boat and bus stations across the street. Thus the street in front is during the day a bit noisy. The view on Valetta and the Sliema harbour is beautiful. The apartments pictures give a true view. The apartment has been renovated recently and is fully equipped.
