This non-smoking home provides bright and roomy lodging on the upper floor of a fully-detached residence.
There are three private bedrooms. The master bedroom has two (2) twin beds that are either put together as a king size or kept separate, as you prefer. This room has a small en-suite (toilet room). There are two (2) more bedrooms, each with a single bed. All beds have a firm 12" memory foam mattress. The main washroom has a full bathtub and shower combo.
In addition to the three private bedrooms, the living space includes common access living room, kitchen, as well as a small gym. These common areas are not normally in use by anyone else during your visit so you can take advantage of the entire second floor of the house. The living room has a flat-screen TV, a piano and two leather couches to provide a comfortable relaxing space. The kitchen is fully-equipped with dishware, cookware and a dining table for four. The small gym has a treadmill and a recliner stationary bike.
Extras include toiletries, hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, and various other amenities.
Your landlords are on the ground floor, separate yet almost always available in case you need anything. But if you don't need them, you don't need to see them.
Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time so we can be there to welcome you and show you in.
The neighborhood is residential, safe and quiet, with little traffic. Plenty of restaurants and shopping can be found along Scott Road, a few city blocks away (1.5 km or 1 mile).
If you have business in Delta, Surrey, White Rock or further down the Fraser Valley, you will not have to cross any bridge so it will be quick and easy to reach your destination.
If you have business in Richmond, you will cross the Alex Fraser bridge, a 6-lane crossing that is busy during rush hour but rarely ever blocked.
If you have business in Vancouver, please be aware that rush hour can delay your commute: it can take an hour to reach downtown. It only takes half as long if you drive outside of rush hour.
In the suburbs, you need a car. Public transit is nearby but not very convenient if you are not used to it. On-site parking is provided free of charge.
Outside of rush hour, you will be within thirty minutes of the airport, the US border, the ferry terminal, the Vancouver city limit (downtown is across town) and a number of other locations in the Greater Vancouver Regional District. Here are a few common destinations and their approximate distance from the house.

While it is best to drive from our suburb, bus routes run a few blocks away from the house. You can also park and ride at three different Skytrain stations, all located about 7 km (4 miles) from the house. The Skytrain is an efficient way to visit downtown and other areas along the train route, all the way to the Sea Bus that ferries foot passengers across the Burrard Inlet to North Vancouver. Transit maps for trains and buses can be found on the "BC Translink" web page.
This location outside of Vancouver makes it more central to various other cities of the Greater Vancouver Regional District. Besides the airport, ferry and border crossing, you can also access most towns within a 30-minute drive: Delta of course, neighboring Surrey, New Westminster and Richmond, easy access to Burnaby, White Rock, Vancouver proper, Langley, Maple Ridge and Port Coquitlam. The rest of the Fraser Valley is a little further: Abbotsford and Chilliwack are respectively 45 minutes and 1 hour away, which you reach via #1 Highway.
The tranquility of our surroundings means that this is not "where the action is" but where you can unwind after a long day at work or at play. It's a great place to sleep soundly through the night, recuperate and prepare for the events of the following day. You have room to spread out, you have desks and tables for office work, free internet and free on-site parking. No worries.
