The historic Ealing area is located in West London. This lively, multicultural borough of the English capital is one of the city’s most populated areas, and its vibrant community is every bit as impressive as its illustrious past. As well as a vibrant retail area, the area is renowned for its night-life, live music and cuisines from around the world. A visit to this area should include sampling the local way of life, and that is made possible by renting a holiday home via the 9flats website.
Holiday Apartments in Ealing Provide Seclusion and Comfort
Two of Ealing’s most recognisable landmarks have to be Walpole Park and Pitzhanger Manor House. The stunning house is located near the entrance to Walpole Park, and its cultural significance to the area persuaded the government to grant it Grade 1 protection as a listed building. Visitors can explore the house’s free art collections and beautiful interiors. The surrounding park is beautifully landscaped and features a wonderful selection of bridges, ponds and sculptures. Walpole Park is also the home of several music and comedy shows during the summer months. Just a short walk away is the Questor’s Theatre, which has the honour of being Europe’s largest theatre dedicated to the art of amateur dramatics. Ealing is a wondrous combination of community and history, and by making a private holiday apartment in London your base for the duration of your stay, you can enjoy a level of luxury and seclusion that simply isn’t possible in most of the capital’s hotels and boarding houses.
Experience the Local Way of Life with Holiday Accommodation in Ealing
Ealing has a vibrant, multicultural society, so visitors can expect to be treated to a stunning selection of cuisines from around the world. As well as some tempting Polish cafes and bakeries on Uxbridge Road, there are some wonderful Japanese restaurants and sushi bars in the area. Ealing is also known for its showcasing of local art and artists, and Open Ealing on Uxbridge Road combines both in a visitor centre that was converted from a disused office block. You’ll get the chance to browse exotic gifts, clothing and crafts from Asia if you take the time to visit the legendary Southall Market. However, if you’re more interested in long walks and fresh air, a stroll along the nearby Grand Union Canal will provide some fantastic views of the Ealing area. Ealing is home to one of the most culturally diverse communities in Europe, and hiding yourself away in a hotel will simply not do it justice. Become one of the locals for the duration of your stay by renting holiday accommodation in Shoreditch at the heart of a local residential area.
Couchsurfing in Ealing Just Became Far More Luxurious
If you’re a fan of couchsurfing, you will know how it can allow you to save money on traditional holiday accommodation as well as giving you an insight into local communities around the world. Booking with 9flats gives you everything that couchsurfing offers, but it also provides the opportunity to live in your own, secluded holiday residence – with no need to share your personal space with anyone else.

We stayed at Toyin's place for 7 nights and it was very good for London. The location was absolutely great, it was clean, the host was nice and we even had access to the kitchen. It was very pleasant to have a fridge in our room, too.

This of course isn't a luxury flat, but it's like it's described in the description and there is nothing you could want more of a room at that price :)

Everything was fine. Toyin was a very polite host and gave us a good introduction in the apartment facilities. The surrounding of the house was quite nice and quiet, 10 minutes by foot away from the unterground station Northfields. We would definitely stay there again!
