To spend your holidays in the Sierra Nevada, you should fly to Malaga, Almeria or Granada. From there, the best way to get to the National Park and your apartment in the Sierra Nevada is by rental car. This impressive mountain range in Andalusia is about 100 kilometers long and part of the Betic Cordillera. An area of almost 87,000 hectares has been protected as a Sierra Nevada National Park since 1999.
