Latest reviews for places in Les Halles
We loved our stay in the appartment in Paris. Everything was fine. One thing we would like to mention: The way up to the appartment on the 4th floor was a little adventure. For us it was not easy to walk up and down the old and narrow staircase.Stephan reviewed Les Halles in Les Halles
Simply perfect! Nice neighborhood (restaurants, urban shopping, ...), more than enough place for 2 adults and 2 kids. Close to a RER Station with direct lines (not changing trains) to Airport Charles de Gaulle and Euro-Disneyland.Karl reviewed cosy and central apartment in Les Halles
Even WLAN, which really helps planning your day.
Enjoyed our stay very much!
Les Halles is a predominantly commercial area of the 1st arrondissement in Paris. Located just to the south of Rue Montorgueil, it was the location of a hugely popular wholesale market for many years before its demolition in 1971. It has since be replaced by an underground shopping centre – aptly named the Forum des Halles. A stunning garden covers the site, featuring a vast range of sculptures, fountains and landscaped areas. Access to the shopping centre can be gained via the underground railway station called Châtelet-Les-Halles. There are some vibrant residential areas in the immediate vicinity, so renting a "holiday apartment in Les Halles via the 9flats website is a great idea if you want to fully immerse yourself in local French life.
