Die Unterkunft war groß, hell und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Die Wohnung ist, wie auch auf den Fotos zu sehen, sehr gemütlich. Auch in Sachen Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Anbindung an das Zentrum waren wir sehr zufrieden.
Dank unserer schönen Unterkunft haben wir uns in Wien sehr wohl gefühlt!

The TV in many of 9Flats haven't got any english chanels, only germans or some other internationaly limited languages.
I think the flats should add value introducing some english chanels.

The place is great so it could be easily recommended to anyone who wants to spend few nice days in Wienna. It's green and calm outside whereas cosy and comfortable inside. The flat looks exactly like on pictures, additionally on the shelves you can find nice collection of Vienna guides and photo albums. I liked the stay here very much.

I spent 2 months in the apartment while I was working on a contract in Vienna. It's in a quiet location in one of the suburbs over the river from the main part of the city but there is a underground station just up the road and you can get into the old city in no time. The flat had everything I needed including good Internet. The launderette is nearby and there are plenty of supermarkets around. I booked it for a relatively long time so it ended up costing me about the same as if I'd found an apartment in the normal way and paid an agency 2 months rent as a commission. The advantage was, I had things like an iron, cooker and vacuum cleaner already there. There's even a coffee machine. I didn't have to put up a deposit against damage and the whole stay was insured as part of the deal. If I needed a place for longer it would have been an expensive way of doing it, but for 2 months it was a good solution. It was a lot better than any of the hotels that I had stayed in prior to moving in.

Suitable for long and short stays as well. Elegant and modern at the same time, it's small enough to be comfortable yet large enough to accommodate even four luggage bags. The windows are large and give a nice view on he street and the trees.

Easy access to public transport the tram station is just around the corner and the metro is 7 minutes away by feet. It is also very close the Danube island where you can enjoy a picnic, a walk or a bicycle ride, the bikes are also provided by the host and they're in a good condition too.

You actually get more than you pay for the place and it's almost like a mini hotel room, there's cable TV and high speed internet. The neighbors are nice and polite and the place is very quiet so that you can spend your afternoon on the chairs outside the apartment and viewing the small garden in the building.
