great location 10 minutes to Time Square, 5 to Subway
really nice and clean place for 4 to 5 people, really cosy and quite well furnished,
just a few annoying details: not enough wine glass for 5 people, linen for the coach which didn't fit, plumbing was quite noisy in one of the two bedrooms and the keys to open the downstairs doors didn't work that well and the wine fridge wasn't working (probably some fuse problems), no trash can n the kitchen -

Fantastic apartment, quite close to Times Square!!! A good option for 4 or 5 people, because you have 2 toilets and a large living room with air-conditioning (quite important in summer). Everything was included!

Les photos postées sur le site ne rendent pas du tout la réalité: le duplex n'a certes pas l'air grand mais quand on y rentre, c'est encore plus étroit qu'on ne le pensait. Un seul point d'air conditionné pour tout l'appartement (et quand il fait très chaud à New York c'est terrible); cuisine minuscule, environ 1 mètre sur 60 cm de la large!!! Une mini-salle de douche. Aucune fenêtre, on doit s'éclairer à l'aide des lampes même en plein jour! . Le seul point positif : la situation géographique de l'appartement: très central, super quartier.

hard to reach our guest when we arrived at JFK to confirm that we would be a little late (3.45pm instead of 3pm) and we had to wait 20minutes in the cold for him to arrive due to another check in at the same time.
otherwise, really nice and friendly with us, and ready to help us at any time if we had had any kind of problem.
giving us a map of local conveniences would have been a great bonus. -

Everything was ok with them. We did not have any problem with them. Should you need any question, they reply to you quite fast by 9flats chat.

Leo is a very busy man, which makes it sometimes difficult for him to respond to all the guesses' demands. We really appreciated it that he helped us getting a luggage storage on our last day. Without his help our last day would have been a lost day! Thanks Leo!

The "owner" turned actually to be very rudee, not welcoming at all. He took two minutes to open the doors of the appartment and left without asking ik we needed anything else. While checking out, the same thing happened: extremely rude, no "hi guys, did you enjoy the place, etc." he just told us: "Hurry up to get out of here because I have to clean the place"!!!! I don't think it's the kind of attitude you would expect from someone who's renting an appartment. So the representative is a DISASTER!!!
