The Apartment was clean, modern and located very central. The owner is very responsive and everything was well prepared and coordinated. Should we be back to Madrid we will stay here again. Thanks!!

Precioso apartamento recién reformado, con perfecta calefacción. Está totalmente equipado, incluso con lavavajillas, para poder pasar largas o cortas estancias en dicho lugar. Es un piso muy tranquilo, al contar con muros de hasta un metro de espesor.
Cuenta con una fantástica ubicación en el centro de la ciudad. Totalmente comunicado con varias bocas de metro como Sol, Antón Martín y Tirsco de Molina. Asimismo, dispondrás de supermercados y tiendas abiertas hasta altas horas y con variedad, alrededor, además de estar al lado del famoso barrio de lavapiés donde podrás disfrutar de una amplia variedad de bares y restaurantes de las comidas más exóticas.
Muy cerca de Sol podrás pasear por las zonas turísticas más demandadas de esta ciudad, como Paza Mayor, Mercado de San Miguel, ópera, Palacio Real, etc.
Dando un largo paseo encontrarás la estación de Atocha para visitar los alrededores de esta gran ciudad.

The apartment is located in the lower part of the center of Madrid, only a few minutes walk from Puerta del Sol. Thus the main attractions (museums, shops, restaurants) are all at walking distance.

Although at the first floor, it’s quite silent - the streets meeting at the house corner are one-way, and there are not many party people passing by in the nights.

The apartment is brand new (we actually were the first guest around New Years Eve 2011/12) and nicely decorated, especially the bath and the kitchen are lovely. The pictures are quite accurate, so what you see is what you get.
