Soy Ingeniero Informático, y padre de dos hijos menores de los que me siento muy orgulloso. Me gusta viajar, practico deporte y también el yoga. Hablo ingles intermedio, español y catalán, un poco de italiano y portugués. El francés es un reto para mi pero me gusta. Soy una persona sería, responsable, se puede contar con mi comprensión y colaboración. Hospitalario, cosmopolita y amigable. Pongo mucho empeño en mi trabajo y me gusta cuidar los detalles. Pepe 4.0 06-01-2014The place itself is very decent. Perfectly suited my needs. Only minor complaints like a broken duckboard and cleanliness issues of the bedclothes. The kitchen, the living room and the balcony are very nice and invite to hang out with other flat mates. The time there was great and I would recommend the room.
The host though is of a special kind and I felt deluded by the many positive reviews that I can't relate to.
He is very inaccessible even if you have very important issues and he refuses to speak English. I tried to negotiate a deduction of rent with him since I left weeks earlier. As suggested by 9flats, I informed him ample time ahead and he was completely ignorant to me. I never got to see him personally, he is hiding behind his employee who did a very good job by the way.
If you have another option with comparable amenities, I would avoid this host. He is greedy about the money and cares about little else. -

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut. Sie liegt sehr zentral nur wenige Minuten von der U-Bahn Station und der Sagrada Familia entfernt. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein großer und günstiger Supermarkt. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und gemütlich, wir würden sofort wieder kommen.

Unfortunately we haven't got hot water in the shower and the shower wasn't clean and proper. But the rooms and the kitchen are very good amd there was a nice atmosphere.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, nur wenige Minuten von der Sagrada Familie entfernt. Dort ist auch ein kleiner Park, wo man mit einem kühlen Bier (die man an zahlreichen kleinen Läden für wenig Geld bekommt) den Tag ausklingen lassen kann. Wer ein wenig mehr in der Geldbörse hat, geht in den Irish Pub gegenüber vom Park. Bier ist lecker und die Barkeeper sehr freundlich. Auch gleich um die Ecke: eine Metro Station, Bus Haltestelle und Barcelona City Tour Haltestelle.

Das Haus hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus liegt in der zentrale der Barcelona und ist einfach Super schön und gut.

There is better hospitality!!!

Sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Kontakt. Der Check-In verlief reibungslos und es wurde alles dafür getan, uns einen stressfreien Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.

We met the son of Manu and he was very very friendly and helped us to get on some lists for the nightclubs.

Manu ist super nett. Er hat uns viel gezeigt, erklärt und Insider Tipp´s gegeben, die wir als Hotelgäste wohl nie erfahren hätten. Trotz kleiner Sprachbarrieren gab er sich große Mühe, uns so viel wie möglich zu erklären. Barcelona ist eine wunderschöne Stadt die auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert ist und bei Manu ist man perfekt untergebracht!

Un piso limpio, amplio, y luminoso, no tenemos ninguna problema con el. Todo el tiempo hay tranquillo o con personas simpticas para con charlar. Me gustaria volver a eso piso en el futuro!
