Mira 2.0 29-08-2013I was very happy upon their arrival, they seemed to be very nice and friendly people. We agreed that they could leave their bags in the flat on their day of departure as they had a late afternoon flight. However, the cleaner arrived around 10am and they had already left the flat. We did not take any deposit and found a large mark on our solid wool nut parquet floor in the living room.
