The room is nice and clean and very spacious. Bed pretty new not too soft and not too hard. The bathroom is a little bit rustic (old house) but overall OK. Since there is no shower cabin you have to be careful not to spill too much water. We did not use the kitchen, except for boiling water for tea but Sebastian offered some space in the fridge if we had to store stuff. The flat is on the forth floor and there is no elevator. Take this into account if you mind climbing stairs. The main tube stations as well as the Potsdamer Platz are close by so that the flat is a good staring point for exploring Berlin.
We enjoyed our stay and really can recommend this flat.

Sebastian is a nice and helpful guy. Communication was friendly w/ short reaction times. We could easily arrange check-in/check-out and hand-over of keys.
