Walking distance from the Subway-stop, two stops from the old town (i.e. no long distances at all). Restaurants, fast-food, food shops around. Safe in the evening/at night to walk. Newly furnished, 100% clean, cosy place to stay.

Valerie was a great host, provided helpful information, very kind, reliable and cooperative. Speaking also fluent English (what is definitely not a rule in France!). I would recommend this place to everybody.
