We - two adults - have spent 12 great days in Paco de Arcos. The apartment is exactly the right choice if you want to visit Lisbon but stay a bit apart from the hustle and bustle of the city itself. Everything (including the fantastic view) was as described and as can be seen in the photographs. We will certainly return (and tell all our friends to go there as well...).

Hemos pasado unos estupendos días en este bonito apartamento, perfectamente comunicado por tren. El apartamento está muy cuidado y muy bien instalado, con todos los utensilios que se puedan necesitar. Tiene unas magníficas vistas al mar y se encuentra en un lugar tranquilo, pero en el que hay todo lo necesario: varios restaurantes, supermercados... Sin duda, repetiríamos.

We spent 12 days in this apt. with 3 persons in July 2013 and can say that everything was found as described. It is a nice 2-room flat within an apartment house, located directly in the centre of Paco de Arcos. We have chosen this place because we planned a combination of Lisbon city visits plus exploring the nearby and remote beaches. For this, the location is perfect because it provides plenty of parking space for our rented car on the one hand and is next to the local train station ("S-Bahn") to both Lisbon centre (20 minutes) and Estoril/Cascais (15 minutes). In the village you will find basically everything you need in 1-5 minutes walking distance: Excellent Pastelleria, big Supermarket, Market hall and various restaurants. In only 2 km distance there is also a huge shopping centre.
The apt. itself is well equipped and everything is working. The balcony is quite big (almost a third room :-) ).
Don't expect a luxury flat but in this price segment you won't regret your choice.
