Beate 3.0 06/30/2016Eine ganze Etage in einem Brownstonehouse. Die Subway ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Recht ruhige Lage mit guter Infrastruktur.

The apartment was big enough for two persons. It was nice and clean! In 5-10 minutes you are at the Subway station. We had a great time!!!!

The description of the apartment is true. The kitchen equipment is complete, the bathroom is clean, we slept well. The surrounding is noisy, but it is New York :-) We felt safe there day and night. We need 10 minutes to the C-train at "ralph street", therefrom we were in 25 minutes in midtown. It was a fantastic holiday.

Shellys house is in a very friendly and save neighbourhood. After two days the neighbours and school-crossing-guards greeted us. The nights were quiet. You can reach the metro in 10 - 15 minutes on foot. The express train takes 20 - 30 minutes to downtown manhattan. We will stay in Shellys apartment, if we visit New York for a second time.

Shelly was an excellent host. She is smiling and always in a good mood. She was really available for our week in Brooklyn. That was a real pleasure to spend our time in her house. it's Welcoming place very clean, warm and friendly.
We were 6 french friends in her flat and we have really appreciated this place. It's not so far from Manhattan, maybe 30 minutes in subway and it was amazing.
In summary : We have really appreciate shelly and her flat and we recommend him to you strongly, You will not be disappointed, this flat is better than on photo.

Très spacieux pour un studio dans une maison style brownstone, logement pour 4 personnes sans aucun problème. Bien situé, à 5 mn à pied du métro Ralph avenue ligne C ou Halsey street ligne J. En métro en 25 mn à Manhattan downtown. Quartier de Brooklyn comme on les aime, populaire et sûr.

Nickel, à l'Américaine, spacieux, bien chauffé, moult attentions comme le café et autres gourmandises. Excellemment bien situé, au calme de Brooklyn, quelques bons restaus à un jet de pierre, metro à 2mn, JFFK airport à 15mn, excentré et pourtant près de tout...

Shelly ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die immer ansprechbar ist, falls man eine Frage hat. Ihre Empfehlungen zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés waren sehr gut.

Shelly is a very friendly host and always ready to help. You can ask her at any time for help or information. We had to change the apartment in the same house. It was no problem, because the apartment had the same facilties as the other one. Shelly returned money from the rent. That was very friendly.

Shelly est très accueillante et très sympathique ! Elle nous a dépanné pour quelques courses le matin de Noël ! Très dynamique et enjouée. Accueil très bien malgré une arrivée exceptionnellement tardive (retard de vol).

Hyper-Speed mais quelle gentillesse et quelle efficacité !!! On a adoré le "phénomène"!
