I am from Sofia and I have lived there all my life. Sofia is a nice city with lots to offer to its guests. There are plenty of nice places to visit, great restaurants and night clubs. Its all good starting point for exploring Bulgaria. Vitosha mountain is just 15 min away from the centre of the city and offer skiing in winter and , lovely hiking and mountain biking routes in summer.
