Susan 4.0 06/06/2013I had the room with the kitchen which was great for my longer stay. The room is at the back of the building so is quieter than the ones on the main road. The code for getting into the building and the B&B was very convenient. I walked everywhere so really appreciated how conveniently located it was. My room was not serviced while I was there. The bathrooms were spotless.

I only met him only once in 9 days. I would have liked more help with getting initial information about Florence e.g. The nearest market, supermarket, street map etc. The preliminary email contact was very useful for getting there and getting in without any hassles.
