As Richard and Martha Linnartz anticipated a career change after 25 years in a wholesale Distribution business, as well as the “empty nest” phase of their lives, they decided to “live dangerously”. Committed to their belief that a career should be a “treat, not a treatment”, they began pursuing their passions…. hospitality and antiques. After a 2-year search, they discovered this charming plantation-style home in a historic neighborhood near downtown’s Sundance Square and the Stockyards Historic District of Fort Worth, TX. This big, beautiful house quickly became a warm, inviting home.
