Lee 4.0 05/19/2013Problem with apartment which meant we were moved apartment - communication was poor and we had to rely on really helpful locals. We were given another very nice apartment (less grand) but apparently this happens a lot - so be prepared to be in a different place from the one you booked and to have to get yourself to a new location.

Poor communication - we had to do all the chasing - UK office didn't call us back for hours - unimpressed!
