Hi! I'm Maria Elisa, I'm 31 and I've lived in Barcelona for seven years after a 7-year stint in London. The thing I like most in the world is music, closely followed by all creative pursuits, be it art, design, fashion, literature or photography. I am very sociable and love meeting new people, and really enjoy being a host and taking care of the people around me, as well as showing them my own view of the city I live in. I speak Spanish, English, Portuguese and Catalan fluently as well as a bit of French and Italian (the basics!).

Markus 2.0 10/08/2014Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Unterkunft lagen weit unter den Erwartungen. Billiges Metallklappbett mit noch billigeren Matratzen, zu weich für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Ungepflegte, schäbige Wohnung, einzig der Balkon lässt so etwas wie Urlaubsstimmung aufkommen. Gastgeberin hingegen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Will man etwas mit Knastcharme und stellt keine zu hohen Ansprüche an Sauberkeit die richtige Wahl.

The best place we could stay!! Cozy and family atmosphere, nicely furnished apartment, everything clean. I recommend to all young people that are not considered to be typical tourists. And breakfasts on balcony were the best.

Kontaktaufnahme per SMS nicht möglich, bzw. keine Rückmeldung um eine Flugverspätung bekannt zu geben. Erst in Spanien selbst war die telefonische Kontaktaufnahme möglich.

Maria was really friendly, open mind and funny. We really enjoyed time spent with her. She helped us with everything we needed. Nice to talk and drink wine with her. She willingly and happily advised us everything we wanted to know. The best host ever, really.
