Isabel 4.0 04/10/2014Die schmale Treppe hinauf zur Wohnung war sehr witzig, mit Fitnessfaktor: bei knapp über 130 Stufen besser nichts im Zimmer vergessen!
Das Toilettenschloss war etwas problematisch.
Das Zimmer ist nett, sehr einfach, hat aber alles was man braucht, ein zweites Handtuch oder Duschvorleger wäre praktisch gewesen.
Das gesamte Haus ist erstaunlich ruhig! Wirklich sehr ruhig, man glaubt nicht in Paris zu sein!
Metrostation in 3 Minuten.
Es ist eine günstige Unterkunft, etwas abseits der lauten Innenstadt, auch abends kann man bedenkenlos durch die Straßen gehen. Als Übernachtungsgelegenheit für 2 Personen empfehlenswert. -

Appartement très central proche des Jardines du Luxembourg. Vous avez à disposition un salon avec un canapé lit, une belle table pour les repas, un coin cuisine et une salle de bain propre avec la douche. L'appartement a une belle vue sur la rue et sur le quartier.

this flat is very good.
It is easy to arrive from the airport, very close to metro and to city-center (for all Notre-Dam-de-Paris), bars and some small supermarkets (food, vine, bakery) are near.
The flat have kitchen with all kitchenhold etc, TV with many music chanels, stable internet-connection, fridge, microwave-ofen, regulated heating, WC with shower.
Couch is comfortable.One of the best things is 24/24hours&7/7days service with the key-minisafe. Very good idea, very usefull, so we arrive at late evening and dont need to wait somewhere for keys - we just need to know the code and we are inside.
The same is with leaving - we leave the flat at 8am and normally its very early, but with minisafe its easy to solve.so if someone will visit Paris for some days, this flat can be optimal for two person. Ratio "price/comfort" is perfect. It is more better and private than the staying in some hostels or hotel.

First of all the location of the apartment is perfect. İt is just 5 minutes walking distance to notre damme. when u get inside of the building a mysterious 19th century wooden smell of the stairs welcomes you.
Main gate of the building has a passworded door and the apartment door has 2 locks so it is very secure place.

The connection with owner of flat was very nice.
He is always avialable and ready to help with some problems or just making our stay in Paris better.
Everything was prepaired, some guidebooks on table, new bedshhets. -
