About the owner: My wife and I have been visiting Palmas Del Mar in Puerto Rico every year for the past five years. We have fallen in love with the place! Last year, we decided to make our dream of buying a place in Palmas Del Mar a reality. Since we can't yet be in Palmas year-round, we are opening up our home to you! We recently renovated the entire three-bedroom villa to include a completely modern kitchen, a new vent less air conditioning unit, a new washer and dryer, and two gorgeous bathrooms. We know that you will enjoy eating breakfast on the back porch, which overlooks the golf course and is a great place for bird watching, and relaxing on the front patio, which offers a view of the ocean and the breezes and sounds the sea provides! When we are not enjoying Palmas Del Mar, we live in New Hampshire and spend most of our free time outside of our careers growing organic vegetables and lovingly caring for our 12 chickens, and enjoying time with our three grown children. Why the Owner Chose Palmas Del Mar: Palmas Del Mar has so much to offer. It is in a central location that is close to attractions such as the El Yunque National rainforest, Fajardo’s bioluminescent bay, Vieques Island, and Monkey Island. If you want to just relax and read a good book, our proximity to the beach is steps away. Having vacationed in Palmas Del Mar for several years, we are aware of the amenities necessary for a relaxing stay and we have made every effort to make them available in our villa. From modern appliances, laundry and dryer (full size), barbecue grill, two balconies with seating and tables, marble tile throughout the villa, room darkening shades, key less entry, new mattresses, High speed internet and Cable TV, DVD player, large closets, and maid service and cooking services available on request. We are steps away from the casino and bar, located in a gated community with 24 -hour security. Beach Village has a newly paved roadway, and we offer private parking for your rental car and use of our 4 person golf cart. The Unique Benefits at this Villa: We looked at many villas and homes in Palmas Del Mar before deciding to make this one of our homes. Beach Village is very close to the beach and the local beach bar. The views and walk along the horseshoe shaped beach are spectacular! Palm trees bend towards the ocean and the abundant wildlife make visits to the beach amazing every time. The proximity to the beach and the pool are the major reasons we chose our property. The villa has a balcony facing the manicured lawns of the golf course and a patio with ocean views. The bird watching is one of our great joys and we have books in the villa about the birds of Puerto Rico. We find the villa quiet and peaceful. The villa has vaulted ceilings with multi-levels ,which gives the home an open feel. We are close to the casino, the Palamanova plaza (many restaurants) and horseback riding as well as the golf course and tennis courts.
