Claudia 1.0 09/25/2014Hosting Julia was not a bad experience. She booked a private room in an apart as it is clearly described on the title, website and house rules of the post, but then, she wanted an apartment only for herself. Was she expecting the host to sleep on the sidewalk? was she expecting to pay for a room and get an apart?! She made a rsvp for 2 but paid only for one guest. It was a system error and she was given full explanations and the option to cancel her booking at no cost. She accepted to pay for the extra guest, but then had complaints about it. Does she know that an extra guest involves extra costs?! She stayed in a recently renovated apart and she had complaints because it does not look like in the old pics. Does she understand what is renovation? Was she disappointed because a much better apart was offer to her with a brand-new bathroom, living room and bedrooms?! She also had complaint about the price of the room ignoring that 9Fltas charges a fee for the booking service.
