Annonce fausse et mensongère, à éviter et à supprimer de vos listes. Nous n'avons dormi que 3 nuits sur les 12 réservées et payées. appartement excessivement bruyant, aucune isolation phonique, immeuble vétuste cour intérieure (jardin en photo de l'annonce) donnant sur local poubelle, propreté à revoir, extrêmement limite. Sécurité : aucune, fermeture des portes par simple code, ...

Die Lage war für 2 Touristen sehr gut, die Infrastruktur in der Umgebung ist sehr gut, man kann sehr gut essen ohne Ende. Die Wohnung hatte eine voll eingerichtete Küche, daher war das Frühstück in der Wohnung möglich, 2 Abendessen haben wir auch gekocht, das war kein Problem. Von Vorteil ist auch die Klimaanlage und die Fenster in die Seitengasse, daher war es für N.Y. ruhig. Preis Leistung hat gestimmt.

Nice appartment but a bit small for four persons.
Nice area with grocery store right around the corner and just a few minutes walk to next subay station.

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, fussläufig zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sie ist geräumig mit einer großzügigen, offenen Küche und einem schönen Schlafzimmer. Die wenige Zeit die wir in der Wohnung verbrachten, haben wir sehr genossen, Danke !

Neat, clean little place in MIdtown Manhattan, a home away from home, and a good base to reach all of the places and people one wants to see with Little India (and its shops andrestaurants) just a block away.
(If you want to get a Metro Card to get around NYC and intend to pay for it by credit card, don't forget the zip code 10010 !)

Sehr geräumig, super gelegen mit tollen Restaurants und Bars im Umkreis! Gut ausgestattete Küche! Sowohl die Schlafcouch als auch das Bett waren bequem.

Gute Lage. Wohnung und Umgebung war ganz gut.

Logement petit mais bien équipé. L'environnement, surtout côté cour, est un peu misérabiliste et ce qu'on voit des jardins voisins est bien laid(mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôte).Emplacement bien situé dans Manhattan.Climatisation bruyante et pas très efficace. La terrasse offerte en sus n'est pas très utilisable(pas au même niveau et sans intimité). Rapport qualité/prix moyen mais on a le plaisir de vivre à la New Yorkaise dans un quartier assez populaire même si la très chic Park Avenue est à 3 pas.Au final un assez bon souvenir.

The location of the appartment is not what is shown on the map, a bit disapointed in the beginning we finally enjoyed this area. I recommend this appartment.

The apartment is even better than it appears from the photos, it's nice, well furnished and clean. We really enjoied our stay. The position is also very good.
