Die Unterkunft sieht auf den Fotos wesentlich besser aus, als sie in Wirklichkeit aussieht. Allein das Titelbild entspricht gar nicht der Realität. Man kann nicht durch das Fenster gucken, da sie zugeklebt sind. Man darf sie auch nicht öffnen. Die Couch und die Möbel entsprechen auch nicht der Realität. Es wirkt so, als hätte man die Fotos vor 20 Jahren gemacht. Ein Badezimmer konnte man gar nicht benutzen, da die Toilette auseinander viel und Wasser am Waschbecken aus dem Sifon spritzte. Die ganzen Accessoires wie Obstschalen, nette Lampen und Blumen (wie abgebildet) waren auch nicht vorhanden. Auch die Bilder von den Schlafräumen entsprechen nicht der Realität. Es gibt weder Nachtische, noch Nachtischlampen und die Bettenverteilung und Aufmachung sieht aus, wie in einer Jugendherberge.

Photos and description are accurate. Very nice residential location - easy tram access. Grocery stores, wine shops, bakeries, restaurants all very close within walking distance. Apartment is very nice but needs some tlc - cracked closet mirror, rips in couch, stained cream chairs, leak in skylight. It has a contemporary white design so flaws show easily. Lovely wooden floor, loads of appliances - coffee bean grinding machine, dishwasher, washing and drying machine, stunning bathtub. Bring your own shampoo only hand soap provided. Needs a little welcome guidebook to let you know where the nearest stores are located. Most self catering places we have stayed provide this. Five stars for cleanliness and location.

Le logement est identique aux photos sur le site.Pas de surprise.l'emplacement de cette villa est top.on arrive au centre ville avec le tram 2 en 10 minutes.par contre la villa manque d'ustensiles de cuisines, casseroles et plats.nous étions 12 , séjour superbe.

If you offer 10 places to sleep for each person (53 €/night), there should be an ordenary bed for each person. 3 people had to sleep on this small couch which is worth maximum 20€/night.
