I'm a professional musician, I play drums in some jazz and brazilian music bands.If you play or simply like good music, the house is equipped with a professional studio. The house is pretty well located in a really nice and calm neighborhoood close to the supermarket, banks, restaurants ;2 metro stations (Clinicas - green line and Barra Funda - red line), 5 minutes walk from the Pacaembu soccer stadium, 5 minutes drive from Paulista Avenue, Jardins or Vila Madelena and 20 minutes drive from Itaim. The house is kind of an artist residency, and staying in it you will be contributing and participating in various cultural activities.
