Antje 4.0 08/11/2013Es ist nur ein recht kleines Fenster zum dunklen Innenhof vorhanden, aber immerhin auch eine Klimaanlage. Im heißen Sommer war es aber ein prima Rückzugsort und angenehm kühl. Bei schlechtem Wetter würde mir Licht fehlen.
Mit dem Auto kommt man dort nicht hin - gibt nur sehr teure Parkplätze im historischen Zentrum. Also, außerhalb parken und mit Bahn und Bus rein fahren (oder mit dem Rad, so wie wir). -

Traumlage, im Herzen von Florenz.Sehr schönes Zimmer, perfekt ausgestattet mit Kochnische, WLAN, Klimaanlage etc.

Квартира очень уютная, есть все необходимое для жизни.
О таком расположении можно только мечтать: все основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Триста шагов до галереи Питти, понте Веккьо. Совсем рядом капелла Бранкаччи, Уффицци, площадь Синьории. Много кафе, ресторанов, есть супермаркет неподалеку.
Вся бытовая техника, сантехника, WiFi работают отлично.
Никаких проблем во время недельного проживания у нас не возникло, квартира чистая, удобная и приспособленная для приема путешествующих.
Очень хотела бы вернуться в этот гостеприимный дом! -

Posizione centralissima! Il monolocale era impeccabile. L'angolo cottura perfettamente attrezzato! Mi son sentita davvero a casa! Non mancava nulla! Tutto in perfette condizioni e pulito! Siamo rimasti contentissimi! E' davvero l'ideale per visitare una città stupenda come Firenze...Consigliatissimo!!!

This is a beautiful little studio in the very heart of Florence, 2 minutes walking distance to Ponte Vecchio. The bed doesn't look comfortable, but you'll find out in reality it really is. Fridge, Bialetti coffee maker, free WIFI, etc... all there, perfect. If you tend to go to bed very early, it might be a little too noisy due to the central location and the old structure (neighbours above), but for us it's a straight five-star, nothing less.

Lo mejor: Muy bien situado
Lo peor: Muy cortito en utensilios de cocina (vasos,platos,cubiertos).No hay microhondas. La ducha es "peculiar". -

Great studio in the centre of florence!!
It's stylish, well decorated and really beatiful place.
Only 1 minute to ponte vecchio and 5 minutes to duomo. For me it;s definitevely better than 5 star hotel ;)

Хозяйка интеллигентная молодая женщина, заботливая и внимательная, доброжелательная, готовая придти на помощь и помочь в решении проблем. Очень ответственно относится к своей роли хозяина, содержит квартиру в исключительном порядке.
Относимся к ней с искренним восхищением, уважением, симпатией и, конечно, с благодарностью.
Языковый барьер не препятствовал взаимопониманию.
Хотели бы вернуться. -

Barbara was great. Very patient while we were stuck in Florence traffic and incredibly helpful with finding a parking spot for our little Fiat. She waited for us, handed over the keys, explained a few things and left. Nothing more did we expect, so another five-star. Thank you Barbara.
