  Bathroom of the apartment got flooded a day before Manual was supposed to move-in. I've informed Manual of the issue and proposed him an alternative ( a smaller apartment but centrally located, brand new, with service...) - he accepted, never complained and I now see the review he gave for the apartment he did not stay in. Unfair!!!
