  As last time Ana was a very nice guests, it's always a pleasure to receive her and her friends in my apartment.

  Ana and her friend were very nice guests. It was a pleasure for me to answer all her questions to organize the stay.
  She was respectful of our time and advise us about her arrival hour so that we didn't have to wait for the check-in and she left the apartment in perfect condition.
