Fabian 3.0 02/24/2015The apartment is really huge. Upon arrival it was pretty cold since the heating was turned off. Dust under the bed and couch; shower was clogged; had to use my janitor skills. Bed linen had dirty spots.

the building is in a tyical eastern european block.very gray and very depressing.it is on a highway where there is no good place around to buy food ect.the only possitive part is that the U-bhan is right next door so you can get outof the area quickly
the host is a liar and a cheat,there is no connection between the pics on the web site to the real thing

Appart très grand, très bien situé, très bien meublé, juste un peu bruyant quand il fait très chaud, car on est obligé d'ouvrir les fenêtres... et là, le Mehringdamm envahit l'appart !
Autre bémol, il aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement général, peinture et parquet. -

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt über der U-Bahn Station, hat also eine super Anbindung. Dennoch ist es recht ruhig, da der Balkon nach hinten zu einem Innenhof ausgerichtet ist. Die Zimmer waren sauber, sind sehr grosszügig geschnitten und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist fantastisch, der U Bahneingang liegt direkt im Haus. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Alexanderplatz von wo man alles andere sehr gut erreichen kann. Auch ist das Umfeld sauber und sicher, kostenlose Parkplätze liegen im Hinterhof.
Die Wohnung kann durch einen Fahrstuhl erreicht werden und liegt zum Hinterhof ( ruhig ).Leider war die Ausstattung ( besonderes der Küche ) sehr spartanisch die Wohnung würde auch mal wieder einen Anstrich gut ertragen.
Grundlegen ist die Wohnung jedoch für den Preis wirklich zu empfehlen.

Small but cosy flat...all amenities, great view over
Volkspark am Weinbergsweg- with a nice terrace.
Perfect for few days for 2 people!

Alexander was friendly and communication was good. He refunded us 40 Euro for one person who got sick a few days before the trip.

the first night we came the host put us in a diffrent appartment that we have ordered.small,moldy and dirty /we were shocked.
the girl that gave us the key said it happanes all the time with this host alexander and that he doubled booked our appartment in which i ordered 3 weeks in advance.
she refused to contact him saying to us she can do nothing about it and left without making the other bed in the guest room.
which put me in a very strange situation where i had to share a bed with a male colleague.
when i phoned alexander he insisted that was the apartment we rented. after i told him i will make a complaint on your website he agreed to move us the next day.
in the morning we moved to the apartment we rented (the same adress as the website said) but the pictures in the web site was for a completly diffrent apartment.and doesnt even look close to what we had.we decided to stay in this one because we were tired of moving and had no choice.terrible! -

Sowohl der Vermieter als auch der zuständige junge Herr waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war toll und die Abwicklung klappte sehr gut.
