The flat is located at a very multicultural spot of Berlin, Neuköln. The metro, bus and S-bahn are just 1 block away (3 min walk). Very Convinient location to the Airport Schönefeld.
The room has all u need, a comfortable bed, extremely quite window to the backside patio of the house. I never heard any noise at all. I actually slept 2 days till noon, because of the calm patio. The life just starts 1 block away to the Karl-Marx Strasse, a lot of shopping, bargains, turkish food, etc on the way up the street. U will find almost anything u need a few blocks walking.The Flat: Good bed, fresh sheets. Katrin will make ur stay as comfortable as possible. She is very nice, she offers coffee in the morning. She even washed my clothes and folded them the same day.
She has a cat, but it wont bother u at all. Bathroom and shower are separate rooms, but very tidy.It is incredible value for the low price! Will stay there next time if i go back to Berlin!

Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt; es hat alles gepasst.
Ich werde auch in Zukunft dort gerne wieder übernachten und kann es allen weiter empfehlen. -

Es ist ein sehr sauberes Zimmer. War allein da, da war sehr viel Platz. Ansonsten typisch Altbau Berlin

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich mitten im Leben. Die Anbindung an S & U Bahn gleich um die Ecke. Und dazu noch günstig. Was will man mehr.
Wir werden sicher wieder kommen. -

Für Berlinbesucher, die einen Kurztripp planen, eine ideale Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung und einigen Geschäften etc in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Die Lage ist gut, es gibt günstige Restaurants um die Ecke. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist auch gut.

Die Heizung geht, gar kein Problem :-)
Es ist sehr ruhig und super gelegen, wenn man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unterwegs ist. -

Tolle, schön eingerichtete und ruhiges Zimmer. Leider ging die Heizung nicht. Und bei -4 c in die Nacht Froren wir :( Fenster ist nicht isoliert, da Kamm kalte Luft raun. Und mitten in die Nacht viel die Flur Lampe und zerbrach. Meine Tochter und ich haben uns sehr erschrocken. Die Wohnung ist Altbau und so wirkt sie auch.
Zimmer ist was für den Sommer.

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch die Katze hat sich nach einer Nacht mit mir angefreundet.
