We stayed for one week. The place is at great location. Very close to Espanya the hotspot of Barcelona. The house is similar according to description. The house would have been perfect and best, if it would have sufficed all the necessary as mentioned correctly. Following are the negative points:
1. We did not receive internet connection from the very first day. The internet connection was broken. The host came next morning and apologized. He was not sure that if the internet would have up running. He came back again with an USB data card for internet. Net was slow with the card.
2. The oven was not working. The host came and said sorry again. And suddenly started working itself at night. So, the oven was fragile.
3. The dishwasher has short circuit. It gives electrical shock to me and to my wife.
4. The bathtub is at very pleasant location. But it needs curtain to be used. The curtain is full of moss and fungus. We could not use it at all. The water goes all over.
5. Very hot. -

Die Wohnung ist klasse! Super groß, mit allem, was man sich wünscht (Badewanne/Dusche, sep. WC, Waschmaschine, Trockne, Herd, Ofen, TV, Internet...). Vom Flughafen aus ist die Wohnung ohne große Probleme zu erreichen, mehrere Bus- und U-Bahnhaltestellen liegen max 500m entfernt, und man kommt ohne Problem damit z.B. zum Strand oder zur Sagrada Familia. Mehrer Supermärkte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Treppenhaus ist ein wenig (um nicht zu sagen sehr) eng, und mit großen Taschen wird's ein wenig anstrengend. Die Wohnung, die deutlich größer ist, als sie auf den Bildern aussieht, macht diesen "Aufstieg" aber wieder wett.

Spricht sogar Deutsch, natürlich Englisch und Spanish. Hat uns super Tips gegeben und Schlüssel übergab sie Persönlich mit Einweisung.

The host was polite and gentle. There were clear instruction to collect the keys and how to arrive at the place. They were helpful but not up to the mark.
1. The plan changed to collect the key at the end moment. If I would not have checked my messages just before I leave, which was very likely, then I did not know how to collect the key. I called the host a day before I leave. I have also mentioned my arrival and departure long ago. Change of plan at the end is not very pleasant.
2. The host should have checked everything beforehand that what is working and what is not. Which was not the case. Please check my review for the house. So, he has to visit us several times. On the otherhand, he did not mention about the negative points on the day we called to determine everything is fine with their end.
4. I messaged host that curtain contains full of moss and fungi. He replied, he has to buy new one, which he did not change while at our stay.
5. Some utensils were unclean. -

Sergio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der uns zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt mit Wein und Käse am Haus begrüßt hat. Die Funktion aller Einrichtungsgegenstände wurde gut erklärt, so dass keine Fragen offen blieben. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können Sergio als Gastgeber und seine Wohnung als Aufenthaltsort nur wärmstens empfehlen! Wenn wir nochmal nach Barcelona fahren, werden wir sicher wieder bei Sergio anfragen.
