Located at only 500 m from the sea, with an enclosed garden it's perfect for letting kids play outside or if You travel with Your pet.
Near the towns of Crikvenica and Rijeka, right opposite of the island of Krk, it's ideal if You plan on visiting as much as You can!
The house has two bedrooms with double beds and a convertible sofa for two in the living room. The house can hold up to 8 people so it's perfect for a bigger family or a group of friends.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, stove, water kettle, fridge and toaster.
The living room has a sofa and sat TV. The house has central heating and air conditioner.
The two bathrooms have a shower each, washing machine at Your disposal as well.
The house has a nice balcony of 70 m2 and an enclosed garden of approximately 150 m2 with small barbecue.
The parking is in front of the house or in the small garage if possible.
The stay of pets is charged extra, 8 euro/day.
Boat mooring in arrangement with the owners, for boats up to 7 m, 10 euro/day.
