Luxury Villa 063 is just stunning. It is the perfect villa in the perfect location. It would be difficult to find a more dramatic setting than the one that this villa enjoys.
When you enter the property you immediately gasp at the spectacular sea views that greet you. Walk through the large open area and you can’t help but be impressed by the retractable ceiling and glass tiled floor. Two rattan sunbeds, a wicker four-poster style lounge bed with white voile curtains and cushions, together with palm and banana trees, make this area a little oasis of relaxation, in the middle of very large villa. Two large glass doors lead into the kitchen/dining and lounge area.
The style of décor is retro with a mixture of urban style furniture. The chunky wooden dining table has 6 brown leather chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has integrated electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The lounge has a cream corner leather sofa and matching swivel armchair, a brown coffee table and flat screen TV. Large window doors, with electric blinds, lead out onto a shaded decked patio and pool area.
Roman steps lead into the pool, which maintains the panoramic views. Beside the pool, on the decked area is a wooding dining table with chairs and a parasol. Sunbeds are also laid out for your relaxation. At the end of the decked area is a glass panel, which provides safety at the same time as maintaining those sea views. Steps with a handrail lead to a large grassy area with palm trees and ultimately to a rocky coastline (not the beach) and coastal footpath. Simply breathtaking.
Back inside and glass patio doors lead to a second lounge area with two cream fabric sofas and a wooden coffee table with decorative lamp. Wooden shelves and cabinets house the TV, DVD player (please bring your own DVDs) and music system. WiFi is also provided. Two long wooden framed mirrors and decorative carved pictures complete this area.
A door leads to a ground floor shower room with walk in shower. A separate door leads to a w/c with window, oval hand basin, set in a marble top, large mirror and spotlights.
From the lounge area, walk downstairs to a very large landing area with decorative canvases and wooden cabinet. The glass floor tiles leading from the upstairs, make the whole lower level bright and airy. On this level is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and clothes airer.
This Villa has five large double bedrooms, all with king size beds and all ensuite.
