BEWARE DON"T STAY HERE!!!!! You will arrive and he will try and tell you that you can't stay... We had to hide in a coffee shop because his neighbours would report him for hiring out his home. You have to move your bags regularly.. He will leave you a SIM PHONE that will keep being called by [Removed by 9flats] BEWARE... He ruined my time in Paris, that I had to move to another hotel at last minuet because it felt like a HORROR MOVIE staying in his apartment. The Elevator smells like MARIJUANA [Removed by 9flats]. You are in the BRONX, cant sleep TRAIN...

The place is excellent. Exactly as described on 9flats. Beautiful apartment inside. The outside feels uneasy but once inside an excellent sized apartment for 2 people. We went as 3 people but a perfect size for 2 people. The host is abit uneasy if you come with too much bags. Great for 2 people coming with small suitcases. Has issues with his neighbours. There is also a railway track right outside that you can hear when you open the windows.

He will accuse you of breaking things in apartment. Ruined our time in Paris.. Dont trust this apartment. Alot better and safer apartments in Paris. Scary neighbours... He tried to cancell our booking when arrived and would not give back money. [Removed by 9flats]

Great place and location. Everything which was mentioned was included. Our entry into the apartment made us feel uneasy and insecure with the place and premise. If you turn up with too much bags, you will have problems.
