A propos de Silvia
We are a friendly and big family with 3 married doughters and 2 sons that lives in their own apartments. One of my daughters lives in New York (33) and the other one lives in Barcelona (32). My husband works as a salesman in a big multinacional company and I am an architect. I work by myself at home. We have a beautiful and big house in Miraflores and we love to host people from all around the world. We have a lot of experience receiving people, specially students of spanish course. We have available 1 double room and 2 single rooms- all of them with a private bathroom. You can use the kitchen and all the common areas as a living and dinning room. You also can dispose of a private transportation by request, and the rate is negotiable depending on your needs. You can use the public transportation to move in the city but is recommended for our guests to use a private-company taxi. We can facilitate to you all the information of the city that you need, by e-mail or phone.

Maximilian 5.0 14/01/2015Very nice house designed by an architect directly in Miraflores. Everything you need is close by and it is even just a few steps to the sea and a nice park. We slept in the room with the double bed and it was very clean and well equipped.
You can use everything in the house. We would come back!
p.s.: Just be careful: the price per pers/night!

Silvia and Nathalia were extremely welcomig hosts. They organized a pickup from the airport and gave us helpful information about the things to do/see/eat in the neigbourhood an in Lima in total. Silvia was sitting down with us for breakfast every morning which was very nice as you felt part of the familiy.
But most of all the two helped us soooo much with our lost luggage and our continous problems with LAN Airlines. Without them we would be still without our bags. Thanks so much Silvia and Nathalia!!
