Runben 2.0 06/01/2016Unpleasant experience: guest called, yelled at me and said that a salad bowl was missing. Told guest to get one in shop next door on my account.
When I got to the shop, shop owner presented me with bill of CHF 156.-- !
Guest bought whatever he deemed necessary without informing me...
Guest found a cob web behind water boiler and treated our cleaning lady condescendingly for it...
they left the house in a big mess and my cleaning lady was in complete disarray over it...
above that, they managed to damage the dish washer...difficult to understand
