The flat is exactly as described and is perfectly suited for larger groups (we were six). All necessary facilities are available. The city center is in walking distance. Value-for-money is optimal.

This cozy apartment is fantastic! All of the kitchenware is new. The living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms are in tip top shape. There is wireless provided and the location is not bad either. It is about a 10 euro cab to the city center, or a 20-25 minute walk, depending on where you are going. The private back patio was particularly relaxing. You stay here, and you feel like you are in Italy.

Die Unterkunft war optimal für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern, da es ein Schalzimmer mit Doppelbett und zweitem Badezimmer gibt. Die Lage ist ruhig und auf der Terrasse kann man den Abend genießen. Die Verbindung ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuss im Zentrum (vier Stationen mit dem Bus Nr. 28) oder in 5 Minuten zu Fuss in der Piazza G.B. Giorgini 12/r wo sich die Pizzeria FRATELLI BRIGANTI befindet, ein absolutes MUSS, sehr gut und günstig für Florenz. Auch das WLAN über ein Huawei-Accesspoint mit SIM-Karte (Anbieter TIM) hat bestens funktioniert und war auch unterwegs im Einsatz.

The host is very friendly and obliging. Any kind of organisation (e.g. arrival time) is uncomplicated and can be easily done by e-mail.

The host Paolo was absolutely the best part. He was kind and accommodating, even driving us into the city when we first arrived. He had had a few snacks and such when we got there, and the bottom line is we could not have asked for a better host.

This is THE place to stay in Firenze.

Mit Paolo war die Kommunikation unkompliziert und zuverlässig, auf die SMS gab es sofort eine Antwort und dass wir mit dem Taxi schneller als Paolo waren, war nicht schlimm, wir haben nur 4 Minuten gewartet :-)
Dafür hat er uns gleich noch einen Tisch bei pit Stop (Pizzeria) reserviert und die Pizzeria Fratelli Briganti empfohlen, beides war richtig gut. Also Paolo ist hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht, dass wir zufrieden waren.
