Thanks so much. The flat is only a short walk up the street to the 3rd arrondisment and close to a choice of metro stations. Climbing into the alcove created by the bookshelf gave the bed a cosy feel. It would have been perfect if there had been a washing machine.

Claudia met us at the flat and explained everything and gave us the keys. Olivier was a great communication via email. Thanks. Welcoming Rose wine and Belgian beer in the fridge was just the arrival fillup we needed after a long flight. Host went out of his way to let us check in early and leave late because of our plane connections!!

I have stayed one month at Olivier's Flat and all in all it was perfect. The location of the flat is near three Metro lines (5, 8 and 9) and you are in walking distance to Bastille (Metro line 1). You can get anywhere you want from the flat. The flat itself is cozy. The bed is typically French without a slatted frame. Moreover, the flat lacks a washing machine. Nevertheless, adjacent to the flat there a lot of dry-cleaner's. Since last week a new supermarket opened up directly opposite of the flats entrance. A bigger supermarket can be found in walking distance. The kitchen is well equipped and offers a stove, fridge, microwave, toaster and a nespresso coffee machine. The stove is an induction-stove so it works really fast! Bath and toilet are fine, although the tub lacks a shower-curtain. The sofa, as already written, is not that comfortable.
All in all, I recommend this flat!

The flat was quiet and located centrally.
We were four people, two of us sleeping in the bed, one on the old sofa and the fourth one on the comfortable self-inflating air-mattress.

The appartment is very nice, we had everything we needed. The couch may have had its best times already ;) If you wanna party in Marais or at the Seine you can easily walk home, when the metro is not operating in the night.

The Apartment has everything you need - there was nothing we miss. The bed is very comfortable for sleeping - the sofa not this way, but the host told us about before, so it was really ok. The furniture is tender, we felt as snug as a bug in a rug.
It´s located very central in a great area not far from three metro-stations.

next time we go to paris - we re going to stay there again!
