benjamin 4.0 29/08/2014Appartement très propre. La rénovation récente est vraiment de qualité. Pas de chance pour nous la station de métro d'à côté était fermée pour travaux.

The appartement is awesome! First thing you notice when entering, are two paintings/pictures related to Barcelona on the wall. They are not the only decoration, which is nice, because therefore the appartement feels comfy / homelike. There also are some DVD's in a shelf in the bedroom, which you can watch on the TV. If you got the time for that when staying in such an awesome town ;D The kitchen is great! There are a washing machine (which is quite useful), a fridge and a dishwasher, all new and perfectly working :)
We really liked that there already were several spices and things like oil, vinnegar, etc. Also, the second (seperate) bed was comfy (I stayed at the appartement with my grandfather), and it was nice to be able to have a bit of privacy at the end of the day with the two rooms. I'm not too good at writing well structured texts, especially when not writing in my mother tongue, but I know that you won't be disappointed with that appartement. It's great! -

Really Nice Flat! We can recomend it. It has a good air conditioner and everything you need. The Metro Station is only 3 minutes away.

Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage! Die Sagrada Familia liegt 10 min. entfernt an der selben Straße. Der Arc De Triomf ist eine Metrostation oder 5 min. Fußweg entfernt. Alle interessanten Orte in Barca sind super schnell zu erreichen, auch zu Fuß kann von der Wohnung aus die Stadt erkundet werden. Für einen 5 Tage Städtetrip oder auch nur ein Wochenende ist die Wohnung bestens ausgestattet und sehr zentral gelegen. Schön war auch, dass sich in der Wohnung eine neue Waschmaschine und neue Spülmaschine befindet. Von uns gibts 5 Sterne! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lorenzo est vraiment très accueillant et prévenant. Il répond très rapidement à chacune de vos interrogations. C'est très rassurant. Un hôte de choix. Merci à toi.

Lorenzo was very friendly, he was obliging and we noticed that he had fun helping us with tips on Barcelona. He's a likeable guy, who wants to make your stay as great as possible, I'd say :)
