Very clean, tidy welcoming. Everything you will need for a weekend break or a working week. Great view and close to everything you want in Manchester.

The apartment was as described, clean tidy and very comfortable and fit for purpose, we would glady stay here again. In a perfect location to get around the apartment felt safe and secure and had good views

Karl was very helpful even though we didn't need anything as the apartment came ready to use. Had a top time and that was mostly down to Karl being a great host. Cheers Karl.

Karl, the host at this property, is open and welcoming, incredibly helpful, and demonstrates the many ways in which he exceeds expectations in providing for and accommodating his guests. As the property is available to rent as an entire, private home, Karl fulfils the role of being available to help guide and settle his guests into their stay, but also offering privacy and relaxation to those who wish to explore the area and their accommodation at their own volition. He is a well-versed and thoroughly pleasant host.
