Apartment was quite large in a nice area, near to restaurants, cafes and supermarket. Short walk to Subway and Marienplatz.
Facilities were good. Bedding was not great - single doona on a double bed. Apart from that it was a pleasant stay.

Being in a quiet residential area has some great advantages. The local restaurants are geared to servicing the local community and consequently serve good quality food at reasonable prices, unlike the more tourist focused restaurants who don't care if you never return.
Wonderful to see so many young families in the neighbourhood.
A veritable home away from from home with so much space.

Die Lage des Appartements im Münchner Glockenbachviertel ist topp. Die Wohnung war sauber und alles hat prima geklappt. Einziges Manko: Anstatt der in der Anzeige abgebildeten Wohnung im 5. Stock des Hauses haben wir die Wohnung im 2. Stock zugewiesen bekommen, die nicht so hell und modern war wie diejenige im 5. Stock (gemäss den Bildern).

I have only marked down on the facilities as the shower was not fantastic. Some essentials supplied in the kitchen which was very helpful and plenty of little shops around open all hours if required.
The flat is not very homely but has some nice touches, more than adequate if you plan on being out and about taking in all the fabulous local eateries/bakery's/cafe's walking distance of Marienplatz etc..
Felt like a friendly/safe neighbourhood. Would like to stay again!
The "caretaker" was also very pleasant.
Anti on Jahnstrasse was a really great greek restaurant. Simple food, décor and seating, super cheap. Small and intimate, great service and food, fun evening with about 3 metaxa free each at the end of our evening!!!
